Rules of conduct for members, pay-as-you-go players, visitors and participants at Table Tennis Stars Waterford.
RULES OF CONDUCT
Playing safely and respectfully.
Taking part in Table Tennis Stars Waterford sessions, membership or pay-as-you-go play means agreeing to follow these club rules and any current club policies.
Use of the club, playing area and equipment is at the participantâs own risk.
Players should make the club aware of relevant injuries or pre-existing medical conditions that may affect participation.
New members are expected to complete an induction with a club official or coach.
Club members must be fully registered with Table Tennis Stars Waterford and appropriately affiliated with Table Tennis Ireland where required.
Players are encouraged to warm up before play and cool down appropriately after training or matches.
Suitable sports clothing and appropriate indoor footwear must be worn while playing.
Club equipment and premises must be treated with care. Deliberate damage may be charged to the person responsible.
Shouting, abusive behaviour and inappropriate language are not acceptable.
Accidents, injuries and incidents must be reported promptly to a club official or the club secretary.
Food and drink should not be consumed in the playing area. Please use designated areas where available.
Mobile phones, cameras and recording devices should only be used for photography or recording with permission from club officials and affected participants.
CCTV may be in operation at the venue for safety, security, crime prevention and compliance with venue or club rules.
All current Table Tennis Stars Waterford policies apply at all times. Copies can be requested from the club.
